John P. Duggan, MA, LPC, LCPC is a graduate of Marymount University in Arlington, VA with an MA in Counseling and of the Washington Theological Union in Washington, DC with an MA in Theology. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has experience managing a private practice, managing clinical services for an agency and providing crisis services in a hospital emergency services department. John is the Manager, Professional Development for the American Counseling Association.
