This poster focuses on implementing the Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies (MSJCC; Ratts et al., 2015) within rehabilitation counseling. The MSJCC framework considers privileged and marginalized identities, counselor self-awareness, client worldview, counseling relationship, and counseling and advocacy competencies with a socioecological model useful for conceptualizing multileveled interventions. MSJCC will be explored in relation to accreditation standards and codes of ethics.
