Description

The presenters introduce the outcomes of multiple grant-funded studies that were each performed using a combined social–emotional learning (SEL) and mindfulness-based intervention (MBI), as delivered to 3- and 4-year-old children who hailed from economically challenged homes and who attended state-sponsored pre-K schools. Additionally, the presenters will provide equal treatment to the description of the developmentally and culturally appropriate techniques used in the intervention. Resources will be provided.
