Adverse Childhood Experiences and Depression/Anxiety in Youth- Latent Class Analysis

Description

This program examines (1) latent groups of youths with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) by using latent class analysis, in which subjects are grouped based on their patterns and characteristics of responses; and (2) each latent group’s severities of depression and anxiety. Attendees will learn about latent groups of youths with ACEs and the impact of ACEs on youths’ mental health in the context of latent groups. They will also be informed of implications for working with youths with ACEs and depression and anxiety.
