Description

This poster aims to provide participants with research findings about the influence of burnout and mentoring support on scholarly productivity among pretenured counseling faculty members. Burnout was negatively associated with scholarly productivity. Mentoring support moderated the association between burnout and scholarly productivity. Implications for promoting scholarly productivity at both the individual and institutional levels will be addressed.
