Helping clients find meaningful work can reveal potential barriers This session will offer practitioners key strategies to appropriately address clients who have career development and mental health issues. The session will specifically discuss the intersection of mental health and career development, the intake process, selecting appropriate assessments, and developing a referral process.
Participants will be able to better articulate practical approaches to identify and serve individuals who have both career development and mental health needs.
