The case depicted through the cartoon story is not the one that John and Jazmone discuss.

This is very good information and the Case Study provided an example to assist me in understanding the legal consequences more.

Informative and meaningful discussion especially regarding the differences between malpractice cases and board complaints. I would have liked to have heard a discussion regarding the issues presented in the case study along with the article included from Counseling Today since I have not heard much discussion on this topic prior to this session.
