Francis, Ph.D., and Linda Shaw, Ph.D., address the issues of referrals, value, and competence in a clear and practical fashion. Dr. Francis is a practicing counselor, supervisor, and counselor educator at Eastern Michigan University. Poorly written exam. Way too many double and triple negatives.

Question #2 cannot be answered correctly: it should be "all of the above." "None of the above is offered" and "all of the above" is not. Question #4 cannot be answered correctly: three answers are correct (all except what would be "c"). Cannot click on more than one answer. I agree with complaint about the double negative in question #1. Extremely poorly written 5-question exam when 2 questions are written incorrectly or unable to answer correctly, as well as the double negative in #1. I needed my text results today to send for my license renewal. I've called tech support to report these issues and was told she would report it. She did not know if anyone would get back with me today. This is a disappointment.
