Matthew L. Nice is currently a 3rd year Ph.D student in counselor education and supervision at Duquesne University. At Duquesne, Matthew worked as assistant to the institutional review board (IRB) chair. He previously attended Marywood University where he completed a master’s degree in School Counseling PreK-12. He works as a school therapist in the Pittsburgh Public School District with grades 9-12. Matthew is currently the Immediate Past-President of Duquesne’s Chi Sigma Iota Chapter, Delta Upsilon, as well as a 2018-2019 CSI Leadership Fellow.He is also the President of the Pennsylvania Association for Specialists in Group Work (PASGW). His research interests include multiculturalism & Identity, counselor leadership, and college readiness in school counseling.
