Harriet L. Glosoff PhD

Harriet Glosoff, PhD, LPC, NCC, ACS, is a professor in the Counseling Program at Montclair State University. She has been a professional counselor for over 35 years, working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has also been a counselor educator and supervisor for 25 years.  She has extensive experience integrating issues of ethics, spirituality, diversity and social justice in counseling and supervision. She has been actively involved in leadership and service to the profession (e.g., board member of ASERVIC, past ACES president, co-chair of the ACA Ethics Committee, and a member of two ACA Code of Ethics Revisions Taskforces). She has authored/coauthored numerous book chapters and articles and has conducted over 130 invited and refereed presentations on ethics, spirituality in counseling and supervision, social justice advocacy, and clinical supervision.
