Dr. Tuttle is an Assistant Professor in Counseling at Auburn University. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Georgia. Prior to becoming an Assistant Professor, she was a practicing school counselor for 13 years. Her research interests lie in school counselor advocacy for Latino/a students, social justice, Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), girls leadership, and gifted learners. She has conducted research on the topic of school counselor and Latino Parent partnerships as well as presented on self-efficacy of counselors in training, specifically in working with linguistically diverse learners.
