Heather A. Geils MA
PhD student, Counselor Education and Supervision, Self- Employed
Heather Geils is currently a Doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision PhD program at the University of Central Florida. She received her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. Heather currently works as a psychotherapist and life coach in addition to her role as a Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Central Florida, teaching two undergraduate courses for the College of Education and Human Performance, developing future courses for the program, and facilitating groups and courses for the Masters-level graduate students in the counseling program. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families as well as group facilitation. Heather is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.
