Keiko Sano MA

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Self-employed

Keiko was born and raised in Japan, and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision program at Antioch University Seattle. Her focus is creating bridges and adaptations in applying western-developed counseling theories to counselors and clients who are from collectivistic cultures. As a clinician, Keiko served clients in a community counseling settings, children and their families in home-based settings, and she is currently working individual and couples clients with minority identities including racial/ethnic and sexual minorities and people with disability.
