Dr. Cynthia A. Briggs PhD

Core Faculty Member, Walden University

Dr. Cynthia Briggs earned her BS in Psychology from Guilford College, her MAEd in Community Counseling from Wake Forest University, and her PhD in Counseling from Oregon State University. She is a core faculty member in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters program at Walden University. She is the primary coordinator of a veterans' oral history project in conjunction with the New Winston Museum  of Winston-Salem, NC, Hospice and Palliative Care, Wake Forest University, and area retirement communities. Recently she completed her Certificate in Documentary Arts from the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University.
