Dr. Rosanne Nunnery has her PhD in counselor education with an emphasis in community counseling and a minor in educational leadership. She holds a masters degree in community counseling, is a licensed professional counselor, a national certified counselor, a board qualified supervisor in Mississippi. She currently works as a Core Faculty at Capella University. As a Core faculty she teaches graduate courses, serves on dissertation committees, is on various committees, and chairs dissertations. She worked specifically with clients who have been exposed to traumatic events and specifically has conducted counseling in an individual, family, and group context. Additional clinical treatment has been conducted with clients with various life issues and challenges. Dr. Nunnery is a member of ACA, ASERVIC, Mississippi Counseling Association, and the American Mental Health Association Conference. She has presented locally, state-wide, and nationally on topics related to spirituality, wellness, ego-transformation, ACT therapy, and topics related to grief.
