Dr. Letitia Browne-James is a Counselor Educator and Supervisor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified Counselor, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor for mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists seeking licensure in Florida. She is also a Florida Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor. Dr. Browne-James has over 10 years of counseling experience working with adults, children, families, and couples in a variety of clinical settings as a counselor and clinical administrator; and she is the Founder and Owner of Victorious Living Counseling & Consulting. Dr. Browne-James serves as Core Faculty at Adler Graduate School as well as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Central Florida and Stetson University in Central Florida. Dr. Browne-James earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision with a specialization in Counseling and Social Change from Walden University. She also has a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with graduate certificates in Marriage and Family Therapy and Play Therapy from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bethune Cookman University. Dr. Browne-James is also the Current Treasurer of the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development, Immediate Past President of the Florida Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development, and Past President of Chi Sigma Iota Omega Zeta Chapter at Walden University. Dr. Browne-James is passionate about serving and advocating for persons from marginalized populations to create global positive social change.
