Kathryn is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina who has experience working with children, families, and individuals with disabilities. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of South Carolina, where she previously received her Ed.S in Counselor Education (2016). She received a BA degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University (2013). At USC, in addition to assisting with faculty research, she works for Student Health Services as the Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention and Prevention (SAVIP) Education, Outreach and Advocacy graduate assistant. Her research focuses are counselor burnout and best practices in grief/end-of-life counseling.
