Vivian V. Lee, EdD is Associate Professor in the Counseling and Human Development Program at Johns Hopkins University School of Education, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Lee’s scholarship and research interests focus on advocacy, equity and social justice, peacebuilding and human rights counseling from an international perspective. Dr. Lee served as part of a research team focused on refugees and asylum seekers and third country nationals while teaching counseling overseas. Dr. Lee is a member of the ACA International Committee and the lead coordinator of the Peace and Social Justice Round-table for the International Association for Counselling. Dr. Lee is an accomplished trainer and presenter at the international and national levels and has held academic posts as a counselor educator in both the United States and abroad.
