Elizabeth Crunk is a third-year doctoral candidate in Counselor Education at the University of Central Florida. She received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Memphis in Tennessee. Previously, Elizabeth worked as a counselor at the University of Memphis Counseling Center, where she provided individual, group, and couples counseling to a diverse population of college students. She has also worked as a teaching assistant for an urban elementary school in Memphis, Tennessee, and has provided counseling services for students at an elementary school in Central Florida. Elizabeth has presented on issues in counseling and education at local, national, and international conferences. Her research focuses on grief and loss, bibliotherapy, and altruism.
