Q. When will all the content and CEs be migrated to the new site?
Please note: If a member/customer has previously purchased or completed CE through ACA, they will receive an individual email upon migration completion with instructions on how to locate their previously purchased/consumed material/certificates.
Important: For the ACA 2017 Conference, evaluations to receive CE credit will remain at the www.prolibraries.com/counseling site until December 31, 2017.
If an attendee has begun or completed evaluations prior to the migration, information will be moved over to their new site record.
Q. Why can't I take the Free CE of the Month offering?
A. The Free CE of the Month is only available to active ACA members. Please be sure to use the ACA username and password associated with your membership record (in iMIS)
Q. How do I receive the previous Free CE of the Month offerings?
A. Only the CE that is featured during the current month is available at no cost. Previous offerings have been placed back into ACA’s inventory of courses for sale and are no longer available as a free offering.
Q. How do I get to the Free CE of the Month offering?
A. You can register for the Free CE of the Month by logging into www.aca.digitellinc.com and clicking on the Free CE of the Month banner.
Q. When will these modules be offered for future Free CE of the Month offerings?
A. As each new module is produced it will be released as a Free CE of the Month and available for registration. This information will be announced in the monthly member toolkit email that goes out to all ACA members.
Q. Is this approved or accepted by [state, CRCC, etc.] for CE's?
A. Each offering lists the CE hours applicable to each approval body. All of ACA’s courses are approved through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), so if your state accepts NBCC CE credits, they will accept our CE credit. It is the responsibility of the learner to determine if his or her licensing board will accept these CEs.

Q: How do I complete evaluations if I was a LIVE WEBCAST participant?
A: Log in to www.aca.digitellinc.com, click on “My Account”, select the event you attended, click “Evaluations”, and complete the required evaluation for each session/event you participated in by clicking on the “Take Evaluation” underneath the title. If you live streamed a conference, you will also be asked to complete an Overall Evaluation.
Q: How do I get my Live Webcast CE Certificate of Attendance?
A: Log in to www.aca.digitellinc.com, click on “My Account”, click on “CE Transcript”. Your CE certificates are accessible for a period of five years.
Q. How many CE's do I earn for this offering?
A. Each offering lists the total number of approved CEs under the associated title or event summary.
Q. How do I get my CE certificates?
A. A person will earn their CE certificate once they have submitted and successfully completed the test and evaluation. Certificates are saved for a minimum of five years and can be accessed by clicking on “My Account” then “CE Transcript” once logged in.
